I'm Barb, 43 year old busy Canadian woman that was getting tired of being invisible in the automotive industry.

You see, I was 15 when I started working in the automotive industry, helping my dad run his garage. After he retired, I ended up in the sea of the industry, floating around, working as a service advisor in dealerships, working in the aftermarket parts industry. All of them with the same story. Being treated like I don't belong, disrespecting, talking down and simply being passed over because I am a woman. With 28 years of experience I had more knowledge and skills than most, yet I was being treated like I was clueless or invisible. I had enough. I knew I needed a Plan B to help get me out.
